Into the Storm

Into the Storm's philosophy is to support each team member to be the man he always wanted to be.

The origin of our name as paraphrased from Bob Keys:

• Cattle on the plains see a blizzard coming and recede from it. Often they are overtaken by the snow and perish.
• Buffalo, on the other hand, turn 'Into the storm' heading directly toward the weather, encountering it 'head on'. As they push on, and persist, the storm passes over them, and they survive.

Into the Storm as a team is about facing the challenges that stop us from being the men we always wanted to be. We support each man in ways that work for that man.
