East Bay Nation of Men

Men on Fire

What it is

Men on Fire is a group of guys that have been getting together bi-monthly for the last 7+ years to honor one another's spiritual and emotional lives. We support each other in releasing stress, living honestly, and having fun. Outside of our meetings we have organized an ascent of Mt. Whitney, skydiving, and some great birthday parties, bachelor parties, and soon-to-be-Dad baby showers. (Hey, the girls don't get all the fun.) We are always open to new ways of supporting ach other and playing together.

Witnessing, Calling forth to my true and highest self. Intimacy. Service. Camaraderie. Honor. Risk and Courage. Raw. Magical. Deep Work. Family. Faith.

Trust. Safety. Getting my ass kicked (lovingly). Stretching my boundaries. Being seen by my brothers. Camaraderie and fun.

Men supporting each other. Men in each other's lives. Men going all out, Men supporting each other to be who they are meant to be, Men laughing, crying, sweating, yelling, hitting, holding. Men ever evolving. Men getting closer. Men caring for each other. Men figuring it out together. Men accepting each other. Men holding each other accountable. Men having fun. Men critical to my life. Men I respect. Men I love.

Men I trust. A sacred place. Funny. Rich. Imperfect. Always changing. Challenging. An opportunity for me to grow. Scary.

Men growing up. Boys becoming men. Paupers to princess. The brother I lost. The father I tossed. Mom's in there, too. Learning to trust, learning to play. Learning to love, and loving. Love it. Letting go, holding on. But not holding back. You got my back; I got yours. I got your kid's back, too. Cool, but not too cool. Hell, we're Men on Fire.
