EBNOM COMMUNITY CAMPOUT 2011:

WHEN:

Friday-Sunday, July 22-24, 2011. You may arrive as early as Thursday and stay as late as Monday morning, but note the meal schedule below.

WHERE:

Parker's Resort, a private campground among the redwoods, directly across the Russian River from Johnson's Beach, at 16220 Neeley Road, Guerneville, CA 95446.

FOOD:

Meals will be provided from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. Everyone will help with preparing one meal and cleaning up after another.

ALCOHOL POLICY:

Adults may bring beer and wine for moderate and mindful consumption. No hard liquor, please. You must take adequate precautions to keep alcohol out of the hands of minors. Of course, no illegal drugs will be permitted.

DOGS:

We like dogs! You may bring your dog, provided you bring a leash as well. When your dog is off-leash, it is your responsibility to keep the animal within your sight for the safety of other campers and so that you can clean up after your dog.

COST:

The registration fee for adults is $70 for the weekend. For young people 12-18, the fee is $20. After July 16, these fees will go up to $100 and $35 respectively. Children under 12 are free. The price includes meals and hot and cold beverages.

In either case, you will need to download, sign, & mail to our Registrar the EBNoM waiver.

Because we must plan our food purchases, we can accept no registrations after Tuesday, July 19. Nor can we accept "walk-in" registrations at the event.

We're limiting the number of campers this year to 125. We have a few more spaces left. Act now!
